What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash and all major credit cards. We also accept most HSA and FSA credit cards. All fees are due to The Bee Network prior to the start of a therapy session.

Do you accept insurance?

As an insurance-friendly practice, we accept Anthem Carefirst, United Health Care/Optum, Cigna/Evernorth insurance plans and out of network plans. For anyone using out of network coverage it is the clients responsibility to know what their insurance will cover.

For self-pay clients we are able to provide clients with the documentation needed to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if needed. All self-pay clients will be provided with a good faith estimate.

Please note that all services are not covered by each insurance plan, please schedule a free consultation to discuss your individual coverage needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

If an appointment is canceled or missed with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a a no show or late cancellation charged to the card on file.

Please note that your insurance benefits do not cover late cancel or missed appointment fees.

What are your out of pocket fees?

A current list of fees can be requested from the main office at any time.
