Dr. Chelsea McLaughlin is a Licensed Mastered Social Worker and Psychotherapist who has over 10 years of experience. Dr. McLaughlin studied Psychology and Social Work at Salisbury University, earning a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) in 2016. In 2023, she would earn a Doctorate Degree in Social Work. She is passionate about empowering individuals to champion their mental well-being and has taken a special interest in remediating healthcare disparities experienced by ethnic minorities. Her areas of expertise include Grief and Loss, Child and Adolescent Therapy, Domestic and Intimate Partner Violence, Stress Management, Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma. When she’s not working, Dr. McLaughlin enjoys traveling and immersing herself in history and culture.

Lauren is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
in Maryland and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. She received her BA Degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2014. Soon after, Lauren earned her MA in 2020 in Mental Health Counseling from Bowie State University.Lauren has provided therapy for 9 years in various settings such as, adult correctional facilities, in-home, non-profit agencies, and outpatient. She has experience working with adolescents, adults, at risk populations, and families.
Lauren specializes in topics including relationship conflict, adhd, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Lauren is experienced in Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Brittnee received her bachelor’s degree at Bowie State University and her Master’s degree in Social Work at Howard University! Brittnee has a passion helping people over come life’s struggles due to seeing first hand how a therapist helped her through her own personal struggles. She wanted to pass on the blessings she received to someone else that may need it.

My name is Sieeda Jones, a Licensed Graduate Social Worker in Washington DC. I attended Bennett College where I received my Bachelors Degree in Social Work and then went on to Howard University and earned my Masters Degree in Social Work. Since graduating I have worked with youth, families and individuals throughout the DC area. I have facilitated therapy groups, supported at-risk youth and their families and provided therapy services to individual clients and couples. I am experienced in providing Trauma Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness techniques, Psycho-education, yoga, meditation and Motivational Interviewing. I specialize in working with clients who face various psycho-social stressors including homelessness, substance abuse, lack of income, limited support system and grief and loss. I am skilled in providing services to clients with major depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, bipolar, schizophrenia, behavioral challenges and cognitive limitations. I have worked with clients ranging from age 6 to age 75 and I am passionate about helping clients improve their life and achieve their personal goals. I am a devoted clinician committed to increasing awareness on mental health within my community. I am firm on providing a safe and non-judgemental space to allow clients to address factors impacting their life. I understand how a client’s experiences and environment can influence their life and mental wellness and I am dedicated to helping clients be able to cope in a healthy manner.

Jasmain Winston has over five years of experience providing therapy for individuals and families within different levels of care, including inpatient, and outpatient settings. Her approach as a therapist is to always provide a compassionate therapeutic safe space that promotes the importance of balance, structure, and accountability throughout the therapy process.
Jasmain's areas of focus include life transitions and adjustments, grief and loss,chronic health challenges, motivation building, anxiety, depression and aspects related to self-esteem and self-worth.
Jasmain earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bethune Cookman University and completed her Master of Social Work degree at University of Central Florida.

Jewel is a compassionate and experienced therapist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Dedicated to helping clients navigate their personal challenges and achieve mental well-being, she takes a holistic approach, tailoring each session to the individual needs of the client, fostering a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.

Ms. Marcia Salley is a Supervisee in Clinical Social Work who attended Harford Community College and graduated with an Associate's Degree in 2012, a Bachelor’s Degree in 2018 in Psychology, and a Master’s Degree in 2023 in Social Work. She is committed to ending suffering and counteracting mental health struggles by offering Evidence-based coping strategies, strategic goal setting, and support that have the propensity to give hope to marginalized groups and communities that may feel they don’t have a voice. My past experiences and current victories compel me to help others who need support from someone dedicated to meeting people where they are.

Vanessa enjoys collaborating with clients of all ages, including children, teenagers, and adults, while also offering support to the LGBTQ community and military veterans. She recognizes the individuality of each person and tailors her methods accordingly. With Vanessa's expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness techniques, psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy, she is well-equipped to meet diverse needs.
